Wedding and Event Rates

The Simple Plan
  • $2,000
  • Up to 4 hours
  • 2 professional photographers
  • Up to 300 high resolution photos
Additional high-res images
  • $500 for rest of the high resolution digital negatives from an event
Albums
  • $1250: Flush mount album. Custom designed
    pages. Up to 10 mats (20 pages). Up to
    50 images. $100/sheet(2 pages) for additional pages.
  • with plain metal cover with text: $200 extra
  • with photo etched metal cover: $350 extra
  • with photo cover: $80 extra
Guest signing photo
  • $150: a photo with extra wide matt for your guests
    to sign
Parent album
  • $500: Same photos as a Wedding album for a couple. 5"x5".
    Flush mount. Up to 10 mats (20 pages). $50/mat(2 pages)
    for additional pages.
Over Time
  • Should you decide to have additional photographic

    coverage, additional time is $200 per hour.

Travel Charge
  • There will be no travel charge for the Greater San Francisco
    Bay Areas, Marin & San Mateo, Solano, the East Bay,
    Half Moon Bay.

    For locations outside of those counties listed above,
    our travel charge is $1/mile.

    For example, if the location is 100 miles away, the travel
    charge will be 100x2x$1=$200 for a round trip.

Deposit
  • 50% due at the time of signing a contract. Refund if
    cancelled 30 days prior to the event date.
The Balance
  • 50% is due 15 days prior
    to the wedding date.
Re-prints
  • 4×6 = $4, 6×9 = $12, 8×12 = $20,

    10×15 = $30, 16×24 = $45, 20×30=$60

Engagement Photo Shoot only
  • $350 – Up to 2 different locations. Web quality photos on CD. A link to purchase photos.
